CHARACTER IS REVEALED WHEN PRESSURE IS APPLIED

Covid-19 is not just a pressure test for both the public and private healthcare sector, but it also gives us, as a medical device manufacturer, the opportunity to stop and think about what really matters and what needs to be done to get there.

While creating a safe working environment for all employees was one of our main priorities, trust from our individual employees was also a critical part to move forward as a company. If it weren’t for our then newly established Covid19 Health & Safety Committee, continuously guiding us through the unknown, who knows where we would be today!

This committee provided the framework, where each potential case was monitored on an individual basis and decisions were made and amended as new information was made available. This resulted in none of our employees nor their family being gravely affected by this dreadful disease.

The pandemic also gave us a harsh reminder that the world is changing and we have to adapt to meet both these challenges and opportunities if we want to succeed.

This insight has led to greater agility and a new, improved and innovative business model being formed, with a closer co-operation and collaboration between new and existing partners and you will find some of the articles that follow bearing witness to this.
