On a more personal note, I’ve recently found myself reflecting on the true essence of the service we provide. After facing some personal health challenges that required medical care, I experienced healthcare not from the perspective of a provider, but as a patient. It gave me a new level of appreciation for what really matters in a healthcare environment.
