As in any industry, companies need to grow and adapt to meet the ever-changing requirements of their customers. Hutz Medical is not an exception and recently created an innovative pendant theatre solution.

Introduced at the recent SAFHE Congress and Exhibition, Hutz Medical’s HU6-S1-HAP is a ceiling mounted pendant system utilised within the Operating Theatre environment. The unit is intended to supply medical services via the moveable service pillar.

The HU6-S1-HAP is height adjustable and designed to enable the user to move, rotate and raise or lower (to 700mm) to reach the optimum position required for the procedure. When no longer required, the pendant is able to be moved aside to clear the space surrounding the patient.

Utilized within the Operating Theatre environment, the unit is also available with a dual articulated arm, namely the HU6-S2-HAP.
