Sterile PVC Screen

DESCRIPTION:

This screen is specifically designed to convert existing facilities to a more isolated patient environment and prevent cross infections from one patient to another.

AREAS OF USE:

Normal to High Care Wards, Intensive Care Units and Trauma Units.

DESIGN:

The framework for the screen is secured to the existing ceiling structure and will be anchored via an innovative mounting bracket to the suspended ceiling structure, without adding any load to this structure. The framework is manufactured from stainless steel grade 304 piping, where the uprights are dia 38mm and the horizontal piping is dia 25mm.

The screen is manufactured from white PVC sheeting 550g where the flaps and sleeves are all welded to allow for easy cleaning.

The bottom and front tube are sleeved in the PVC screen and the back/top is stretched via the eye loops provided. A sealing strip is provided for the floor/wall and ceiling which will isolate the area in use.

INSTALLATION:

The screen is mounted between beds to ensure privacy and isolation.
