Driving down Rivonia Road in Sandton you will see a new landmark on the horizon, in the form of Intercare’s latest flagship clinic. Due to open in January 2018, Intercare Rivonia is one of more than 20 Acute and Sub-Acute Intercare facilities servicing South Africa.
This facility is more than an area with four walls where people get treated. It is a centre for hope, for healing and where dreams are realized. It provides vital health services for the Johannesburg North community at large by filling a gap in the market in terms of being both a day hospital as well as providing rehabilitative care.
Hutz is pleased to have been part of the establishment of Intercare Rivonia, supplying and installing units for use across the facility including Medical and Surgical Lighting (Solaris 5000/7000), Pendant Service Systems (HU8), Theatre Control Panels (HU12 units) and two types of Bedhead Service Systems, in the form of the ever popular HU10 and HU21-360 options.
We believe in being part of the process from start to finish, assisting and adding value where we can. Hutz Project Manager, Lindi Mostert, was full of praise for the Intercare project.

The special backboards supplied for the mounting of our units giving it the superior finish of an upmarket hospital environment. The theatres are spacious and being a Day and Sub-Acute facility, it ensures great patient care,” commented Lindi.
