The data automatically anonymised and is stored for a period of up to 2 months. For EU users, Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR applies.

We will use the information that we collect about you in the enquiry form or your direct email from this website to respond to and further manage your enquiries, requests, or submitted messages.

Facebook Pixel, Facebook Custom Audiences and Facebook-Conversion

On our website, we use the so-called “Facebook Pixel” from Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”).

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook can determine visitors to our websites as a target group for the display of ads (so-called “Facebook ads”). Accordingly, we use Facebook Pixel to display Facebook Ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who also have an interest in our websites or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited) that we transmit to Facebook (so-called “Custom Audiences”). If you have signed up for one of our newsletters or stated your interest in receiving information from Hutz Medical in another context, we are able to use your email address to send you information on the basis of your interests. Social Media Platforms

In addition to its website, Hutz Medical also maintains online presences within social networks and platforms. This is how we communicate with our active customers, interested parties and online visitors (users). User data can also be processed outside the European Union. There may be risks for users due to the more difficult enforcement of their rights. User data is often processed for market research and advertising purposes and can be used to create user profiles based on user behaviour and the resulting interests. On the basis of these user profiles, advertisements can be placed inside and outside the platforms that are intended to correspond to the interests of the users. The user profiles also store data independent of the devices used by the users.

YouTube

We have embedded videos from the YouTube video service of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA, on our website, whereby the video services are provided in the European Economic Area and in Switzerland by the European Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“YouTube”).

We only use the embedded YouTube videos in the so-called enhanced privacy mode. This means that YouTube does not store cookies for users who only visit the website with the embedded YouTube video and do not click on the video to start the playback of the YouTube video. If you click on the embedded YouTube video player on our website, YouTube may store cookies on your end device and may receive personal data from you. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube can assign any collected data to your YouTube account.
